yg1m Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement

General Provisions

This Agreement covers the yg1m website, mobile services, and all services we provide, including games, bonus programs, VIP programs, and deposit and withdrawal services.

1.1 — Eligibility

To use yg1m services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Not be located in a region where the use of these services is restricted under applicable law.
• Have registered only one account using your real personal information.
• Have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

1.2 — Changes to the Agreement

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 — Account Registration

Each player may only register one account. Creating an account on behalf of another person, using a temporary email address, or attempting to access via VPN from a restricted region is not permitted. If any of these are detected, the account may be closed and the remaining balance withheld.

2.2 — Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and complete. yg1m is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided. Verification of information may be carried out at the time of withdrawal.

2.3 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account information and password secure. We are not liable for any financial loss or data breach caused by a third party accessing your account. If you notice any suspicious access, report it immediately to [email protected].

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 — Deposit Methods

At yg1m, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for any method).
• Service fees may be deducted by the provider only where such charges are permitted.
• If you experience any issues during a deposit, you can contact our customer service team 24/7.

3.2 — Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Processing time from the moment a withdrawal is requested is normally between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Please note it may take longer if KYC verification is required.

3.3 — Prohibited Financial Activities

We reserve the right to investigate and block any deposit followed by withdrawal without genuine play ("Bonus Abuse"), simultaneous deposits from more than one account belonging to the same player, or any financial activity suspected of being circular in nature.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The yg1m welcome bonus is 100% up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit. After receiving the bonus, you may not withdraw until the wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount has been met.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
• Deposit 1,020,000 Ks, receive maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks → balance 1,520,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Players must read and follow the specific terms of each individual bonus.
• Winnings earned with a bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming a bonus using a bank account that does not belong to you is not allowed.
• If bonus exploitation is detected (shadow betting / opposing bets designed to clear the bonus), the account and bonus may be cancelled.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The yg1m VIP program has 3 levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rewards:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback every week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback every week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback every week.

Players can move up to a higher level through active play on the platform, and please note that level downgrades may also apply. Cashback rewards may be subject to wagering requirements — please read the detailed terms for your VIP level.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted at yg1m —

• Using any predictive software, bots, or automated playing systems.
• Deliberately colluding with other players.
• Money laundering activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrupting staff or other players.
• Hacking or attempting to disrupt the service.
• Spreading false information about the service while playing.

If any of these rules are found to have been broken, we reserve the right to close the account and withhold remaining funds without prior notice.

Responsible Gambling

yg1m takes responsible gambling seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment, and we strongly advise against treating it as a way to make money. Players should:

• Set a budget in advance and only play within your means.
• Avoid chasing losses.
• If gambling is affecting your daily life, use the self-control tools listed on the Responsible Gaming page.

We confirm that only players aged 21+ are allowed to play at yg1m.

Limitations and Disclaimers

9.1 — Service Limitations

yg1m reserves the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily or permanently without prior notice. We are not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 — Third-Party Services

Delays or failures caused by payment services such as KBZPay and Wave Money are the responsibility of those third-party providers and are not the liability of yg1m — however, our customer support team is available to assist.

9.3 — Governing Law

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction, consistent with legal requirements.
